Step 1: What happens before our week starts
- Before our week starts, we will have a meeting where I ask you some pointed questions to get a feel for you and your business.
- You are asked to complete a questionnaire. If you can't, it is no issue. Our initial meeting normally gives me everything that I need and the questionnaire acts more as a check and validation for what I gathered from our meeting.
- You send your logo, brand elements, images, and everything else you think I need
Step 2: What we do on day:
Step 3: After your site is published
- We schedule our training session(s) where I take you through the major parts and show you how to edit copy, change images, update videos and everything you need to keep your site up to date.
- After this session, I create a short manual for you which you can use as a reference for when you want to do something and send over all the assets created for your site. (This is normally sent within 2 days of our training session).
- I also walk you through the knowledge base provided by Showit.
Step 4: You take full control
- After our training session, you will be totally independent and be able to update and edit your website, without having to ask me or anyone else to do anything.
